Bring toilet paper! The hotel is pleasant, in a quiet and peaceful place, next to a forest of olive trees. There is a spacious yard and a pool. The problem is the staff. Does not speak English. He doesn't try hard and isn't engaged and kind. There is no bar, there is no one to make you a coffee or a cocktail. The worst thing is that the rooms are not cleaned. We stayed for 5 days and during that time the room was not cleaned, no trash was taken out, no supplies were provided. We asked them to clean on the third day, but they either didn't understand or didn't want to do it. On the fourth day, we bought toilet paper from the store. No big deal, it's just not right for this to happen in a 4-star hotel. Summary - nice place, very bad management.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a great size. However there were a few problems. We stayed off season so I’m sure some things would have worked better on season but nevertheless. The hot water took at least 10 minutes to come on after starting the water. The reception was also a big problem. In the morning we tried to check out around 8 (after a very tasty breakfast) but there was no one there. We asked around and everyone said okay give us 5 minutes someone will come to reception and finally after 25 minutes someone came and we could check out. We luckily had enough time to wait but it would have been a big problem if we had a flight.

For the area, location, helpfulness, friendliness, cleanliness, amenities (nice big pool, kids pool, well kept gardens, tennis court, basketball court, nice private places to sit and enjoy nature inside & out...). I LOVED the bird houses outside most of the rooms. **Most importantly they welcomed us with our cats.***

Beautiful, clean, great value for money and friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast also. Only stayed for one night in low season but everything was in its place as expected. Would loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommended. Thank you to the staff at Geyikli Troya.
